Connections Therapy Center, PLLC is happy to sponsor a not-for-profit organization, Hand Up, INC.

Mission Statement

“In the service of loving kindness, we help individuals with mental health needs and disabilities by empowering them to remember their strengths and abilities. Through emotional, tangible and social support, we help each other evolve and make the world a better place.”

Medication, support groups, and counseling are provided to indigent individuals, along with referral coordination for housing and vocational opportunities.

Our All-Volunteer Board of Directors is comprised of the following community members:

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay, and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.

Connections Therapy Center will not discriminate in the provision of health care services to an individual:

Because the individual is unable to pay for the health care services;

Because payment for those services would be made under Medicare, Medicaid, or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP); or Based upon the individual’s race, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
