Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy will help you “say goodnight to insomnia.” Gentle, relaxing hypnosis will be incorporated to facilitate your unconscious guiding your conscious mind into a blissful , rejuvenating sleep state. This class will target sleep-onset insomnia, sleep architecture, good quality of sleep, and nighttime reawakening insomnia. Dr. Stear is trained in therapeutic hypnosis and has practiced it for over 30 years. A recording will be provided for your in-home use in self-hypnosis to follow up to this session.
