Learn to Meditate
Research documents the benefits of meditation for a well-spring of diverse areas, such as healing heart disease, calming anxiety, decreasing substance abuse and depression, and fostering peaceable relationships. However, many people feel uncertain about how to actually meditate.
The next class will be offered February 26 from 7 to 8:30 pm $49. Our emphasis will be on creating inner peace and extending this to community and world peace to decrease violence.
