Think Yourself Thin!
Have you repeatedly dieted and failed?

THIS CLASS WILL TEACH YOU TOOLS TO ENJOY LASTING WEIGHT LOSS – FREE OF THE YO-YO EFFECT OF LOSING WEIGHT AND GAINING IT ALL BACK. (While this class focuses on drug-free, surgery-free approaches to weight loss, this class meets requirements for cognitive-behavioral weight loss instruction as a prerequisite to bariatric surgery.)
Healthy snacks, self-hypnosis, motivational videos or gentle yoga will be offered at each session to further incorporate nutrition/exercise goals.

Think Before You Eat!

Group members will learn an effective foundation of tools to adjust sabotaging thoughts and behaviors regarding their diet and exercise programs. With this level of preparation, group members will be guided to start a nutritious diet program for life. You will learn skills, such as utilizing priority charts to allow a clear view of what is required to achieve realistic goals. A daily schedule, log book, and other hands-on approaches will be used to obtain a clear view of progress. Daily text message support will supplement the weekly group sessions.
