Learn to Meditate
Research documents the benefits of meditation for a well-spring of diverse areas, such as healing heart disease, calming anxiety, decreasing substance abuse and depression, and fostering peaceable relationships. However, many people feel uncertain about how to actually meditate.
There is no set cost for the group, but we ask for a good will offering. ($5 suggested) We are also available for individual training in meditation if this time does not work for you.
